What Makes Us Trusted and Current

  • We follow the effective December 2, 2024 policy requiring Form I-693 to be submitted with Form I-485, reducing the risk of rejections or RFEs.
  • We use the latest edition of Form I-693 (dated 01/20/2025). If signed on or after July 3, 2025, USCIS will only accept this newest version.
  • We adhere to the June 11, 2025 update limiting Form I-693’s validity to the current pending application. If your Form I-485 is denied or withdrawn, we’ll help ensure you get a new exam and updated form filed.
  • We follow CDC’s Technical Instructions, including the removal of the COVID‑19 vaccine requirement as of January 20, 2025, and ensure all other age‑appropriate immunizations are administered or documented.
